1. Coconut and Banana Foot Mask:

If you have a severe foot problem, try to use this foot mask.  The problem will be solved very quickly.

Ingredients: One sliced ​​banana, 3-4 long slices of coconut.

Method: Take the sliced banana and blend it with the fresh 3-4 slices of coconut in a blender. Then apply the mixture on the cracked ankle and feet.  When the pack is dry, rinse it off with a little warm water. If you do not get a fresh coconut, you can paste a banana and mix it with 2-4 spoon coconut oil and make a mixture. Apply it and see the wonder.

2. Grind Rice and Oil:

The most effective method to solve cracked ankle and foot problem is to use natural scrubber. By using this homemade scrub daily you can get rid of it completely and very quickly.

Ingredients: 2-3 spoon rice, olive oil, white vinegar and honey.

Method: Firstly, soak the rice for at least 3 hours and grind it well. Don’t over grind it. Then add 3 tablespoons vinegar and 2 tablespoons honey with it.

Soak the legs in a large container for 10 to 15 minutes in warm water. Then massage the dense paste well on the wet feet. Leave it for 5 minutes after the massage. After that, rinse with lukewarm water and wipe the legs well.  Then heat a little olive oil and massage the feet. If you use this pack 2-3 times a week, you will get good results.

3. Glycerin and Rose-water Foot Masks:

In the early stages of the ankle problem, it can be used to get quick benefits.

Ingredients: Salt, lemon juice, glycerin, rose water and some warm water.

Method: Take 2 litres of warm water in a large container with 1 tablespoon salt, 1 whole lemon juice, 1 cup rose water and soak the legs for at least 3-5 minutes. After that, rub the ankle thoroughly with some of the popsicles, such as Pedicure’s Pumice Stone, and lift the stiff, coarse and dead skin.

Then mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon glycerin and 1 teaspoon rose water and make a mixture and apply it on the legs. Keep it up all night. Get up in the morning and rinse the legs thoroughly with a little warm water. If you use it at least 2-5 times a week, the feet will be completely cured within a couple of weeks.
